During the jump phase the flea has no horizontal acceleration (ignoring air resistance). The only acceleration during the jump phase is 9.81 m/s^2 down.
v = a t
1.5 = a t so t = 1.5/a
d = a t^2
.45 = a t^2
.45 = a (2.25/a^2)
.45 a = 2.25
a = 5
v = a t
1.5 = a t so t = 1.5/a
d = a t^2
.45 = a t^2
.45 = a (2.25/a^2)
.45 a = 2.25
