A que ball dropped from a third floor window will reach what speed/velocity? Is that high enough to reach terminal velocity?

When an object is dropped, the velocity starts at zero and increases continuously until the object strikes the ground.
Neglecting wind resistance, the final
velocity is:
V^2 = Vo + 2g*h.
Vo = 0 = Initial velocity.
g = 9.8 m/s^2.
h = Ht. above gnd.
The ht. is the only parameter that is missing.
