Whole numbers are integers... numbers you can count using a series 0,1,2,3 ..., etc.
(b), (c) and (d) are obviously not integers. They are fractions or decimals that cannot be reduced to integers.
|-18/9| is the same thing as +2.
That is certainly an integer.
