a stone is thrown in a vertically upwad direction with a velocity of 7m/s.if the acceleration of the stone during its motion is 12m/s in the downward direction what will be the height attained by the stone?

use the formula: V^2=U^2-2*a*s
where V is final velocity =0
U is initial velocity
a is accn. = 12 m/s^2
s is height attained
