My goodness -- where did you get this question?
If you're asking about industrialized countries -- then the question is wrong. Country people have as much education (if not more) than city people.
Are you asking about poor undeveloped or developing countries?

Well, first you will have to convince me that Abraham Lincoln was illiterate.

Munria, there are some difference. Country kids know more about the birds and bees than city kids, and much earlier, as on a farm, that is a fact of life to manage.
Other than that, I haven't seen much difference in my teaching years. City girls seem to know more about make-up, but I would hardly consider that worthwhile nor education.
