How many ml of water should I add to a 5 ml NaOCl ( 5.25%) to make it 1.0%. Thank you.

you want to dilute it 5.25/1.0 times

That means 4.25 parts water, one part NaOCl.

if one part if 5ml, add 4.25*5ml water.
