the car, STARTING at vi
vf=vi+at
10=vi+50a
and
distance=vi*t+1/2 a t^2
200=50vi+1/2 a (2500)
two equations, two unknowns. From the first, Vi=10-50a, put that into the second,
200=50(10-50a)+ 1250a
200=500-2500a+1250a
-300=-1250a
