1. Y = (1/14)x^2.

V(h,k)
h = Xv = -b/2a = 0 / (1/7) = o.
k = Yv = (1/14)*0^2 = 0.

4a = 4(1/14) = 4/14 = 2/7.
1/4a = 7/2.

V(0,0), F(0,y).
VF = y-0 = 1/4a = 7/2
y-0 = 7/2
Y = 7/2 = 3.5.

F(0,3.5).
