Here's the problem: In a load of 3/4 ton of steel rods, 1/8 are bent. How many tons of steel rods are bent?
I don't know which operation to use. Should I use addition? Should I use subtraction? How 'bout division? Should I use multiplication because of the word "of"?...

Multiply.
(3/4) * (1/8) = ______ ton
(3/4) * (1/8) = ______ ton
