cos T = U dot V / ( |U|* |V| )
= (2-15) / (sqrt 13 + sqrt 26)
= -13 / (sqrt 13 + sqrt 2 sqrt 13)

= -13/ [sqrt 13 (1 + sqrt 2) ]
