12 = 2^2 * 3
15 = 3 * 5
18 = 2 * 3^2
LCM is 2^2 * 3^2 * 5 = 180
but, we want a perfect square, so we need an extra factor of 5, so
(2*3*5)^2 = 900
900 = 12 * 75
900 = 15 * 60
900 = 18 * 50
900 = 30^2
15 = 3 * 5
18 = 2 * 3^2
