I assume this is a beginning chemistry course and this is a problem on colligative properties. However it isn't a very good problem because ethanol is NOT a non-volatile solute and the property we are discussing does not work for volatile solutes.. I suppose for this problem we must assume it is a non-volatile solute..
mols ethanol = grams/molar mass
molality = mols/kg solvent
delta T = Kb*m, solve for delta T and add to the normal boiling point of water which is 100 C.
