What is the pH of a solution of 0.1 M silver hydroxide, which is only 10% ionized?

I was under the impression AgOH was not soluble.
AgOH ==> Ag^+ + OH^-
0.1M x 0.1 ionized = 0.01 = OH^-
Convert to H^+ then to pH. The short way for me is to convert to pOH and subtract from 14.
