I disagree because effective leaders must be flexible without losing sight of the ultimate goals. They must be flexible with people and be willing to change when new ideas are presented.

You do have to keep an opened minded and stay focus on your goal. Bringing new ideas into your bussiness can be a positive thing, but yet still have the role as a leader.
