Y=3X^2+9X-1
what are the x and y intercepts? Please!

the x intercept is when the line crosses the x axis(y will be zero) and same thing for y(except it crosses the y axis and x = 0)

make for x intercept make y (0=3x^2 + 9x -1) and then factor or use quadratic formula(you can look up the formula if you don't know)

the y intercept is even easier just put zero for x and solve

i mean to say for x intercept make y equal zero (0= 3x^2 +9x-1)
