just a lot of number crunching
I will do the 2nd one, I am sure you can do the others
f(x) = (x+2)(x+1)(x+4)
= (x+2)(x^2 + 4x + x + 4)
= (x+2)(x^2 + 5x + 4)
= x^3 + 5x^2 + 4x + 2x^2 + 10x + 8
= x^3 + 7x^2 + 14x + 8
3rd degree function, called a cubic
