How do you expand and simplify (x-2)(x+2)?

Answer: x^2-4
Explanation I: You distribute each term to the other. For example. "x" is a term, so you distribute "x" to "(x+2)". Next comes "-2". You distribute "-2" to "(x+2). You add up the two terms and get the answer.
