A) When will the object reach a height of 350 feet? Round answer to one decimal place.

B) Explain why part A has two answers.

350 = -16t^2 + 100t + 300
16t^2 - 100t + 50 = 0
t = (100 ±√6800)/32
= 5.70194 or .548

it will reach a height of 350 ft on its way up, and then again on its way down.
