For an experiment on the titration of a supernatant liquid I need to calculate the number of moles of S2O3^2-^ ion required using the volume of SrIO3 solution(supernatant liquid) from the two trials that were conducted.
For both trials the volume of SrIO3 was 9.5mL. So first I would turn it into liters by doing mol/L X L.
Would this be 9.5mL/1000mL ?

To convert from ml to l, you multiply by
(1/1000) l/ml
or
9.5 ml * (1/1000) l/ml
=0.0095 l
(1/1000) l/ml
or
9.5 ml * (1/1000) l/ml
=0.0095 l
