Coulomb’s law
F = k•q1•q2/r^2 = k•q^2/r^2
q = r•sqrt(F/k) = 0.08•sqrt(14/9•10^9)= 3.16•10^-6 C = 3.16 microC
F = k•q1•q2/r^2 = k•q^2/r^2
q = r•sqrt(F/k) = 0.08•sqrt(14/9•10^9)= 3.16•10^-6 C = 3.16 microC

According to the definition electric field strength is E =F/q, therefore,
E = 2.4•10^-7/6•10^-13 = 4•10^-5 V/m
E = 2.4•10^-7/6•10^-13 = 4•10^-5 V/m
