F = k .q1q2 /2×2
0.36 = 9×10^9q1×q2/4
Q1×Q2= 1.6 /10^9 (1 st equation)
Q1+Q2 = 26×10^-6 (2nd equation )
So by solving this both equation u will get the answer !!!
