Using the Sine Law ...
Sin B/13 = sin45°/24
sinB = .3830..

Angle B = 22.5° or Angle B = 157.5°
but the latter is not possible since we already would have two angles totaling more than 180°

so angle B = 22.5 , then angle C = 112.5°

c/sin112.5 = 24/sinA
c = 31.35
or c = 31 to the nearest whole unit
