The reaction is
4Al + 3O2 -> 2 Al2O3

Two moles of Al2O3 are made by oxidizing four moles of Al.

1 kg of Al is 1000/27 = 37.0 moles. You will therefore make 18.5 moles of Al2O3. Convert that to kg if you wish.
