what are the spectator in this equation Ba(aq)+2I(aq)+2Na(aq)+SO4(aq)=BaSO4(s)+2I(aq)+2Na(aq)
Isn't it 2I(aq) and the Na(aq)?

The I should be written as I^- and the Na as Na^+. Yes, those are the spectator ions.
