r = 8Ft = hyp.
X = 3Ft = hor. side.
Y = Wall = ver. side.

cosA = X/r = 3/8 = 0.375.
A = 68 Deg.

B = 90 - 68 = 22 Deg. = Angle ladder makes with wall.
