1. You could make a difference, if you wish, between "the earrings" and "some earrings" by changing "los" to "unos."

3. the difference between 2 words: "camisa" = shirt but "camiseta" is usually an "undershirt."

Some choices for the last sentence:
1. I pay with a credit card = Pago con una tarjeta de crédito.
2. I pay in the shop/store = Pago en la tienda.
*Always try to use the words you have studied, and not get fancy, unless you know how to use a good dictionary, because another choice is:
3. I pay at the cash register = Pago en la caja registradora.

If you want one word for T-shirt (I couldn't think of it, a native-speaker friend of mine couldn't think of it, but FINALLY one friend came up with a word. Depending upon the region, the word could be different, but in Spain, I've heard the word: el corpiño. You probably don't want to use it because you haven't studied it, in la Argentina (for example), it's brassière, and in other countries it's just a bodice, etc.
