How would one calculate change in enthalpy only knowing heat capacities of all substances involved/required? at a known T...
WOuld you use a multi-stepped pathway and if so, how?

The enthalpy of any substance at temperature T is the integral of the specific heat at constant pressure (Cp) from 0 degrees K to the temperature T. Sometimes enthalpy is expressed in terms of the integral of Cp from a 0 C or 25 C reference temperature.
