Then C=1.352 * 10^9lb * mile^2=
1.352^9 X 2,787,840=3,769,159.6?

Where did the square root come from? Your calculation on the second line also doesn't agree with your equation. Then your third line does not agree with your second.

Suppose that an object is 100 pounds at sea level. find the vlaue of C tat makes sense. Sea level is 3963 miles from the center of the earth.

Wouldn't this be 100=C/(3963)^2
C=(3963)^2x100?
