A survey about the art program at a school found that 250 students wanted an after-school art program, 150 students wanted art classes during the day, and 100 students thought that the school should have no art program. If a circle graph were made from this data, what would be the measure of the central angle for the “after-school” group?

Find the fraction part first, which would be 0.5 then multiply by 360. 0.5 x 360= 180

250 out of 500 students is going to give you 0.5. After that you will need to multiply that number by 360. your equation will look something like this: 0.5 x 360 = 180
