je t'adore means I love you. When you put the "te" in there that refers to the person you are talking to.

Je te destese means I detest you (I do no like you)

Good job, both of you! I do NOT like you, is the English of Je te déteste. Another way to say that is "Tu ne me plaís pas." = You are not pleasing to me; ergo: I do not like you!

actually, je t'aime means i love you, not je t'adore because its illogical, i take AP French
