Divide and simplify
The problem looks too easy to be simple
6/s divided by 24/s
Is it just 4s? or Do I invert and get 6/24 or 1/4? Do I leave the s in there?

You invert the 24/s
(6/s)/(24/s) = (6/s)x(s/24)
= 6/24 = 1/4
(6/s)/(24/s) = (6/s)x(s/24)
= 6/24 = 1/4
