x ^ 2 / ( x + 3 ) < 9 /( x + 3 ) Multiply both sides with ( x + 3 )

x ^ 2 < 9

x < + OR - 3

For :

x = - 3

x + 3 = 0

and

x ^ 2 / ( x + 3 ) = infinity

For that reason solution is x < 3
