Will you please tell me if it's possible to use the following verbs with the word "message":
1)to declare; 2) to announce; 3)to sound; 4) to voice; 5) to present.
For example, "Diplomats announced a message from the UN urging Syria to stop violence."

I would question the verb "to sound" with the word "message."
