    This is the opposite of your other post.Here the problem gives you the acid and you are asked to give the base. So take a H^+ away.
HSO4^- minus a H^+ = SO4^2-
H2O^+ minus a H^+ = H2O
    
HSO4^- minus a H^+ = SO4^2-
H2O^+ minus a H^+ = H2O
