First find your slope:
[8-(-7)]/(3-(-2))
(8+7)/(3+2)
15/5=3=slope
Then pick one of the given points and plug that and your slope into your point-slope formula:
y-8=3(x-3)
y=3x-1
Theres your equation :)
[8-(-7)]/(3-(-2))
(8+7)/(3+2)
15/5=3=slope
Then pick one of the given points and plug that and your slope into your point-slope formula:
y-8=3(x-3)
y=3x-1
Theres your equation :)
