    If FU stands for formula unit, then take the atomic masses from the periodic table and add them.
Ba = 137. something
2*Oxygen = 2*16 = 32
2*hydrogen = 2*1= 2
Then add 137.something + 32 + 2 = ?
For the second one, 1 atom is the atomic mass found on the periodic table in amu. So 22.998 amu is the mass of 1 Na atom.
