Is there a typo?
I see only one variable, so all we can do is

35x^2 - 60x - 20 = 0
7x^2 - 12x - 4 = 0
(x-2)(7x + 2) = 0
x = 2 or x = -2/7

If you had a function
y = 35x^2 - 60x - 20
then those would be the x-intercepts.
