Ok it the rules sheet for writing they said one original and 2 copies of the entry are to be submitted does that means I have to print 3 copies?

Yup seems like it. The other two would be your rough ones I believe, and that orignial one is your new edited copy, ready to hand in to the teacher.

oh ok I pretty much have to print 4 copies becasue my english teacher assign us this and that she us graded this as a project she said that its our decion to hand it in to the PTA Reflections so 3 copyes for the reflections and 1 for my assignment for english since my teacher assign this.

I would do 5. 3 for the first requirement, 1 for the teacehr and 1 for myself. When you keep a copy of your work, you can verify what others say about it.
