x > -2

or

-5 x < -15
-x < -3
+x > 3

so
x > -2 covers it

No, one is OR, the other is AND
The other one is to the right of X = 3 so that BOTH conditions are satisfied.

For only one OR the other condition to be satisfied, only being to the right of x=-2 is required.
