-5.4e-5 C are 0.20 m from each other. What force acts on each particle?

F=kqq/d^2
F=(9.0e9)(q)(q)/(.20^2)
Would both q's equal -5.4e-5 C?

I assume they indeed mean that each is -5.4 *10^-5 C
