How do i come up with scenarios for problems like this?
-112=7(-5n+4).
2-2(m+6)=5m+5(m+4)

1. 7(-5n+4) = -112.
Divide both sids by 7:
-5n + 4 = -16,
-5n = -16 -4 = -20,
n = 4.

2. 2 - 2(m+6) = 5m + 5(m+4),
2 - 2m - 12 = 5m + 5m + 20,
-2m - 10 = 10m + 20,
-2m - 10m = 20 + 10,
-12m = 30,
m = -2 6/12 = -2 1/2 = -5/2.
