Close but no cigar.
You need to put the charges on SO4^-2 and Ba^+2.
You can see from the charges that the formula for barium sulfate is BaSO4 (in fact the problem lists it correctly--I wonder why you changed it? If you did it dileberatly; i.e., it was NOT an oversight, then we should talk about it.)
The balanced molecular equation is
H2SO4 + BaCl2 ==> BaSO4 + 2HCl
SO4<sup>=</sup> + Ba<sup>++</sup> ==> BaSO4
