Area = 1/2 the product of the sides
5x(3x-1) = 60
15x^2 - 5x - 60 = 0
3x^2 - x - 12 = 0
(3x+4)(x-3) = 0
so, x=3
side 1 = 15
side 2 = 8
side 3 = sqrt(225-64) = sqrt(161)
and the perimter is ?
5x(3x-1) = 60
15x^2 - 5x - 60 = 0
3x^2 - x - 12 = 0
(3x+4)(x-3) = 0
so, x=3
side 1 = 15
side 2 = 8
side 3 = sqrt(225-64) = sqrt(161)
and the perimter is ?
