Depending on how the question is written, the order of operations would be done first.
But...
If you look at the subtraction you know that you have to find a common denominator.
I would suggest changing the mixed number to improper.
Order of operations would indicate doing the division, getting that answer then using the common denominator and doing the subtraction.
