10=?((x-9)^2 + 36)
square both sides and expand
x^2 - 18x + 81 + 36 = 100
x^2 - 18x + 17 = 0
(x-17)(x-1) = 0
x = 17 or x = 1
square both sides and expand
x^2 - 18x + 81 + 36 = 100
x^2 - 18x + 17 = 0
(x-17)(x-1) = 0
x = 17 or x = 1
