How would I do this the fraction way, I want to get used to doing it in fraction form, that would make things much easier.

2. 5 - 1 + 1/5 -...

Common ratio is -0.2, so that would be -1/5.

S = a/1-r
S = 5/1-(-0.2)
S = 5/1.2 = 4.166 = 25/6

S∞ = 5/(1-(-1/5))
=5/(1 + 1/5)
= 5/(6/5)
= 5(5/6) = 25/6
