I have a poem :
"When the dark
Of a Spring
Interrupts,
There is one
Who will serve".

I tried to type the poem in google to find the title but it came up no matches. Could someone please tell me the title of this poem or at least who wrote it?

I'm not finding it either, and I used Google's advanced search feature. It could be that it's not online yet -- especially if it was recently written.

Thanks anyway!

Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. Usually when we look we look for the main topic or the first line. Is either provided? If not, exactly where and when did you find this?

This is the only part of the poem I was given. It was on an english paper of mine and I liked it so I wanted to read the rest of it(if there was more to it)and find the author. I don't think it is newly written as Casey at the Bat and The Raven are on the same assignment. It is no big deal. I just enjoyed the poem. Thanks for the help!

I think it may be blank verse. Many of the authors mentioned in the article are the ones I am studying. I still haven't found the author or title. Is the rhyme schme iambic pentameter?
