    first of all you don't have an equation, perhaps you meant to say
f(x) = 2.97sin(.5134x+2.65)+3.24
This really can't be "factored", unless you mean something like
f(x) = 2.97 sin .5134(x+5.1617) + 3.24 which would allow you to state the phase shift more readily.
