                a force of 4 N acts on a body of mass 2 kg for 4 sec . assuming the body to be initialy at rest . find the distance covered in 10sec after force start acting

but a=force/mass
solve so find d for the first 4 seconds, while the object is accelerating.
Then find its velocity at that time..
vf=at
so you now have the distance and velocity after 4 seconds.
The next six seconds, it travels at this velocity d=v*6
add the two distances together.
