Is this sentence right?I think that it is not correct,formal writing."What shall i study" is the correct question,but why say that "What will i study?".Is it right?

Be sure to capitalize the word "I" -- always.
Technically, there is a difference between "will" and "shall," but in the US, most people seem to use "will" for both verbs. Others seem to use the two verbs interchangeably.
